Scheduled for my daughters first dentist appt ever. Rep Retrieved all of my information and lost it. They never thought to call me. I never received a confirmation or reminder.... read more The day of the appointment, I called to verify and the appointment had not been booked. They were able to still get me in for my daughter, and email me 30 minutes before the appointment to cancel. Very disappointing for a first time client, as my daughter was two years old and being that I was new to the area, I relied solely on reviews.

My 4 year-old had a blast with the video games and visit to the "treasure tower" as a reward at the end of his appointment. Everyone helped him to feel very proud of himself! I was impressed with the entire experience, from the first phone call to make the appointments to the time of check out -- everything proceeded smoothly and efficiently. The website is also great, with many electronic options to save time. All of the girls in the office staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are impeccably clean, brand new, and modern with a comfortable lobby for parents (complete with coffee!). Plenty of parking is available in the lot. Of course, Dr. Lesley is wonderful! She's great with kids and parents alike. Not only does she have great bedside manner, she clearly is very smart as well. We're so lucky to have found her and highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area!

My 5 yr old has been a patient for 3.5 years. He actually loves to go to the dentist. Everything is geared towards kids' comfort. The care is world class.

We stopped going there and went back to see Dr Rudolph again, this time we're not leaving them anymore. They're the best when it comes to taking care of our child's dental health. The staff is great! They're always greeting us with a smile, very pleasant and the reminders for our upcoming appointments is a must for us and they're doing a great job on that too! Thankful for all of you!
